When you use our products/services, we need to collect and use the following personal information from you:
a) Registration and login
When you register and log in to our platform using an email address, we need to collect your email address and password. During registration, to confirm the authenticity of your identity, we will verify your identity by sending a verification code to your email.
When you register and log in to our platform using a phone number, you need to provide us with your phone number, and we will verify your identity by sending a SMS verification code.
After registering an account, you can choose to provide your nickname, avatar, gender, birthday, location, and profile description. If you refuse to provide the above information, it will not affect your use of our platform to register an account.
b) Services and support
After-sales service - When you apply for after-sales service, in order to accurately diagnose problems and provide maintenance services, we need to collect your geographic location information, product serial number, product purchase information, problem description, pickup and delivery address.
Feedback and suggestions - When you provide feedback on bugs or suggestions to us, in order to contact you, we need to collect information related to the issues you need to feedback (such as product category, problem type, reproduction steps, reproduction probability, recoverability, etc.) and your name, phone number, or email address.
Customer service - When you inquire through our platform, email, or any written form, in order to resolve your issue, we need to collect the communication records between you and customer service.
c) Improve or optimize our services
Using our platform services through mobile electronic devices - To improve or optimize our services, we may read information related to your device's geographic environment and location, as well as information related to mobile devices, such as device model, device identification code, operating system, resolution, telecommunications operator, Android ID, Android SD card data, etc.
Accessing our platform web pages through computers or using our platform services - To improve or optimize our services, we will automatically receive and record information on your browser and computer, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, GPS address, screen resolution, operating system and its version, device manufacturer and model, language, internet browser and its version, name and version of the software you are using, and the time of taking photos.
d) Provide basic services and improve security
When you use our products or services, we need to collect information such as usage logs generated thereby. When you submit information using our platform, we need to collect information such as your Wi-Fi connection status and hardware serial number.
When you access our web pages through computers or access our mobile web pages through mobile smart terminals, and download, install, and use our services through our client software or client software of our affiliated companies, we may read information related to your device, such as Media Access Control (MAC) address, browser name and version, language, geographic location information, device manufacturer and model, device identification code, operating system, resolution, telecommunications operator, etc.

C. Use of Personal Information

b) Provide users with basic service functions of our platform services, software, and hardware.

D. Additionally, according to relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, in the following situations, we may collect and use your personal information without seeking your authorization:
a) Related to fulfilling obligations as stipulated by laws and regulations regarding the personal information controller.

b) Directly related to national security and national defense security.

c) Directly related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests.

d) Directly related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, and judgment enforcement.

e) Difficult to obtain the individual's authorization due to the need to protect the life, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interests of the individual information subject or other individuals.

f) The involved personal information is voluntarily disclosed to the public by the individual information subject.

g) Necessary for entering into and performing contracts at the request of the individual information subject.

h) Collecting personal information from legally publicized information, such as through lawful news reporting, government information disclosures, and other channels.

i) Necessary to ensure the safe and stable operation of the provided products or services, such as discovering and handling malfunctions of products or services.

j) Necessary for conducting lawful news reporting by the personal information controller, who is a news unit.

k) Necessary for academic research institutions, for statistical or academic research conducted in the public interest, and when providing external academic research or descriptive results, de-identifying the personal information contained in the results.

E. Rules for the Use of Personal Information
a) We will use the collected personal information to achieve the purposes listed in this policy and to realize the service functions of our services.

b) Please understand and agree that for all personal information you provide when using our products and/or services, unless you delete it or refuse us to collect it through system settings, it will be deemed as your continuous authorization and consent for us to use it while you use our products and/or services. After you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations; you can click "Delete Account" on the "My Account" page in the ATLI Cam + App to cancel your account and delete information.
c) When we intend to use your personal information for in other purposes not specified in this policy, or use personal information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, we will obtain your explicit consent in advance. Please understand that the products and/or platform services we provide to you will be continuously updated and changed. If you choose to use other products and/or services not specified in this policy, we will explain in detail the purpose, method, and scope of information collection and obtain your consent through agreements, page prompts, etc., before collecting your personal information. If you do not agree to provide the aforementioned information, you may not be able to use the product and/or service, but it will not affect your use of existing products and/or services.

2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
To provide you with a more convenient access experience, we may use small data files to identify your identity when you access our platform or use our platform services, in order to omit the steps of repeatedly entering registration information for you, or to help determine the security of your account. A. Storage Time
We will only store your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy and within the time limits required by laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements unless there is a mandatory retention requirement under the law.
If we terminate services or operations, we will promptly cease the activities of collecting your personal information, comply with relevant legal requirements to notify you in advance, and delete or anonymize your personal information after terminating services or operations, except as otherwise provided by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities.
B. Storage Location
Currently, we use Alibaba Cloud databases (Hong Kong node) to store your personal information. This means that your personal information may be transferred to countries or regions outside your place of residence or accessed by countries or regions outside your place of residence.
C. Storage Security
We have adopted security protection measures that comply with industry standards and are reasonably feasible to protect your information, prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of personal information. We will take the following measures to ensure the security of your data:
a) Use encryption technology to enhance the security of personal information. Data exchange between your browser and the server is protected by SSL protocol encryption, providing secure browsing through HTTPS protocol.

b) Use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent personal information from malicious attacks.

d) Conduct security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.

The internet environment is not completely secure, and we will do our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or managerial protective facilities are compromised, resulting in unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering, or destruction of information, and causing damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear corresponding legal responsibilities. C. Right to Erasure of Personal Information
You can request the deletion of personal information in the following circumstances, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations:

b) Our processing of personal information violates agreements with you.

c) We collect and process your personal information without your consent.

d) You no longer use our products or services, or you have canceled your account.

e) We no longer provide products or services to you.

D. Right to Delete Account
You can delete your previously registered account through the methods specified on our platform or by contacting customer service.
When you contact our customer service to delete, we will complete your request within 15 working days. After deleting your account, we will stop providing products or services to you and, upon your request, delete your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
E. Right to Data Portability
You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information.
You can contact our customer service at any time, and we will respond to your request within 15 working days. If technically feasible for us, such as through data interface matching, we can directly transmit a copy of your personal information to a third party specified by you.
F. Right to Restrict Automated Decision-Making Systems
In certain business functions, we may make decisions solely based on non-human automated decision-making mechanisms such as information systems and algorithms. d) There is sufficient evidence to suggest that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights.
